I had a customer that wanted 12 bats engraved with each player's name, number, the year, the team name & team mascot. He wanted them purchased, engraved and delivered to him in exactly one week. This team worked miracles on the images, finished the bats and shipped them in 4 days!!!! What an amazing customer service. Thank you, Kathy and your production manager!!
