Freight Charges

Shipments are FOB factory.

Returns

All returns require approval. Please call for approval and an RMA number. A restocking fee may apply.

Freight Damage

If you receive a package with apparent outside damage, immediately register a claim with the carrier. If damages are not apparent your claim should be made as "concealed damage." Claims for damage must always begin with the carrier, but we will be glad to assist you in any way we can.

Lead Time

Imprinted products ship within 10 to 15 days. Rush Service may be available upon request. All products (without custom imprinting) usually ship within 48 hours.

Minimum Order

Orders of less than $50.00 will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

All Gavel Company merchandise is shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground unless requested otherwise.

Terms

First time orders will be shipped either COD or using one of the three major credit cards that we accept. First time COD amounts are limited to $250 or less. Please write or call for a credit application. Our credit terms are Net 10.
The Gavel Company only sells on a wholesale basis to approved promotional products distributors and trophy dealers. If you are not a qualified distributor or dealer, we suggest you visit one of our Preferred Retailers below.
